Returns & Exchanges
We are a small business that operates using a made-to-order production model. Each shirt is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory, which allows us to keep costs low and quality high.
Because items are made on demand, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.
Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a refund at our discretion. In these cases, you may keep the original item.
Sizing & Fit — First Order Exception
We understand that ordering from a new brand can make sizing feel uncertain. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and any fit notes before ordering, as sizing can vary by style. Â For your first order with us only, we offer a one-time size exchange if the fit is not right. This applies to one item per customer and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. There is no restocking fee for this first-order size exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Replacement items are produced and shipped after the original item is received.
This first-order sizing exchange is a one-time courtesy and is not available on subsequent orders.
Sizing & Buyer’s Remorse Returns (After First Order)
For all orders placed after your first purchase, returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. A $10 restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Store credit does not expire.
Bracketing Policy
Orders that include the same design in multiple sizes or colors, whether placed in a single order or across multiple orders, are not eligible for return or exchange. Because all items are printed on demand, bracketing increases production costs and waste, and we are unable to accommodate it. Should you wish to order multiple sizes of a shirt for an office or whatever, contact us and we will accommodate if possible.
Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, or discounted items may be final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
