WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND (POD)?
Print on demand means each shirt is made specifically for you after you place an order. We don’t keep large inventories, which reduces waste and keeps quality consistent.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders usually take 2–3 business days to produce, followed by 3–5 business days for standard shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
U.S. ground shipping is free on orders of two or more shirts. Orders of one shirt ship for $4.29. Additional options or destinations may cost more.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Because items are made to order, returns are limited, but we try to be fair.

If this is your first order, we offer a one-time size exchange on one item if the fit isn’t right. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and replacements are produced after the original item is received.

For orders after your first purchase, returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind may be accepted within 30 days if items are unworn and unwashed. A $10 restocking fee applies, return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns are issued as store credit.

Orders that include the same design in multiple sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE AND SHIPPED FROM?
Products are printed on demand through trusted production partners. Most orders are produced and shipped from facilities within the United States, depending on the item and destination.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations, with pricing and delivery times varying by location.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll take a look.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Sizes range from Small (S) through 3XL. We recommend comparing the size chart to a shirt you already own for the best fit.

I’M BETWEEN SIZES — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser fit or size down for a snugger fit. Always check the size chart before ordering.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PRINTED APPAREL?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on the print.

WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which prints designs directly into the fabric for durable, long-lasting results.

DO COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE?
We display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please double-check your address before ordering. If an order ships to an incorrect address, we may be unable to reroute or replace it.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Orders can only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once printing starts, changes are no longer possible.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
No, gift wrapping is not currently available.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
Printing on demand reduces excess inventory and waste. Our production partners also use processes designed to limit environmental impact where possible.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

HOW SECURE ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Checkout is protected by SSL encryption, and payments are handled by reputable processors with strong security standards.

BUT WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE?
You can use PayPal, Apple Pay, or other secure third-party checkout options instead.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?
Yes. Contact us directly to discuss bulk or group orders.

ARE YOUR DESIGNS EXCLUSIVE TO YOUR STORE?
Yes. All designs are created for and sold exclusively through Wordplay Wearables.

WILL MY PRINT FADE OVER TIME?
With proper care, prints are designed to remain vibrant for a long time. Excessive heat or harsh washing can reduce longevity.

WILL MY SHIRT SHRINK?
Shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage, though slight shrinkage (typically 3–5%) can still occur, especially with high heat.
